Open riding is ONLY available to Henry County 4-H Youth Horse & Pony and ACTIVE members in good standing; which requires attending meetings and volunteering. New Castle Armory Information
The City of New Castle has renovated the old National Guard Armory located at 1537 Grand Ave. The New Castle Armory is now being utilized as a community center to host community events, wedding receptions, concerts, luncheons, meetings, etc. The New Castle Armory's occupancy capacity is 500 and features an open gym concept, kitchen, men and women's restrooms, and a basement created for sports teams to practice.
If you have any questions about reserving the Armory for an event or for sports practice, please call the Mayor's Office at 765-529-7605 or come to the Mayor's Office located at 227 North Main Street.

Located on Broad Street in downtown New Castle, Indiana, Primo offers Italian cuisine with a fusion twist.
Spaghetti with Meatballs in Marinara and Lasagna Bolognese are made in house, daily. We also feature specialties such as the Bistro Steak, Salmon Risotto, Chicken Parmesan or Chicken Piccatta.
