Below is the 2013 Mini-Riders application. Please complete and mail to HCSC P.O. Box 5, New Castle, IN 47362 by July 1st 2013. The mini riders program is sponsored by Henry County Saddle Club. This is a wonderful opportunity for young children 2nd grade and under to be introduced to the arena. Please contact Sheri Hagerman at 765-465-0407 for more information.
